PILLAR: EMPOWER
Purpose:
To provide visibility and recognition of the importance of the marriage union in the life of
the couple, the family, the church and the community. This will be achieved by providing
couples with a context to base their relationship on a covenant with God and with each
other. Also, focusing on making good marriages better and strengthening struggling
marriages.
Objectives:
To develop and promote the concept of covenant marriage through various activities to
include forums, Bible Study, workshops, seminars, retreats, fellowship, and mentoring
for married couples.· To glorify Him who ordained marriage as the first institution. (1st
Cor. 10:31)
The Marriage Enrichment Ministry sponsors two (2) major events each year
• Jumpin’ the Broom Banquet (February)
• Marriage Enrichment Retreat (October)
