The FBCC Usher ministry provides an opportunity for everyone who is willing to serve.
Our ministry consists of:
• One (1) Adult Male group
• Two (2) Adult Women groups
• One (1) Youth group
• One (1) Children’s group
A church usher is a person who helps ensure comfort in the worship experience and
who ministers to people in a variety of practical ways. The specific responsibilities of an
usher vary with the church, but our duties usually include greeting people as they arrive
for the worship, disseminating bulletins, servicing the pulpit, assisting people with
special needs, collecting the offering and after worship the ushers will then make sure
that the sanctuary is cleaned up.
Outreach/Events:
World Changers – serve lunches for the week to World Changers staff
Charles Drew Blood Drive (October) – sponsor blood drive with the Red Cross
